Horrible place, they towed the store after 30 seconds of parking while my husband was buying a car starter. And they demanded to pay cash $62.50. I do not recommend going to 7Eleven.!!!

I left a beautiful cane in this store and did not realize at first that this is where I had left it. A couple of days later, when I finally realized that this store was the place where I may have left my cane, I returned to the store and asked one of the clerks whether anyone had found a cane. Sure enough, the clerk retrieved my cane and gave it to me. I write to praise the honesty of the employees of this store.

The lot at this 7-11 has tow company employees hanging around. They will tow while you're in the store. If they do, call 311 and make a complaint against the tow company.

Horrible place! We used to always stop there, but today we decided to stop for tea and go to the neighboring store, leaving the car. 5 minutes later we returned and saw that our car was hooked up to a tow truck. This store makes money on parking and a tow truck. In order to remove the car from the tow truck they demanded $150! DO NOT LEAVE your car there! An unknown person near the store will track you down and where you went and as soon as you leave they will drive up in a tow truck and take your car. It's terrible!

I don't know if this store is worse than any other 7-Eleven, as I only visited it once, and have no intention of coming back. But I do know they were not busy, their parking lot was almost empty, and there is an ATM machine inside. I also know that the main source of income for their employees is the kickbacks from the "towing company" that "services" their parking lot. I left my car on their lot to go get a sandwich across the street. I don't know why I didn't just park in the street, there were spots available. I turned around when I was on the other side of the street, and ran back as I saw what happened. My vehicle was hooked up to the tow truck whose driver demanded a ransom of $160 cash to unhook it. And I am not kidding, it took them less than a minute to call the tow truck, and for the tow truck to swoop in and complete the setup. I have to assume that's how the 7-Eleven "spotter" makes his/her money. The highlight of their day. I don't know if this legalized burglary is going on across Brooklyn, as I don't live there, and have little desire to come back. The "tow truck" belongs to the gangster crew called "Ben & Nino".
