Not sure why all the bad reviews but I’ve came here since they opened, never had an issue . Great selection and reasonably priced given the area!

I have been here a few times now and, sadly, I have yet to find a bottle of wine that I like. The service was fine. I asked for a recommendation and I was shown to several different bottles from various regions. Unfortunately, the wine didn't quite meet the criteria I specified. One of the things I mentioned was well-balanced / less acidic, and the wine I ended up getting was quite acid rich. The store is well lit and well designed, but the wine they sell is just not my taste. It's unfortunate because it's the closest liquor store from my building.

I'm a regular customer on this store and I didn't have any problem before. But today I bought a new bottle of wine and the person in the front desk named "Jose" is very nasty person and disrespectful. I asked him why don't display the charge for the paper bag in order to tell their customers. Jose told me "You have to go to online and we not refund the money, period. I'm the manager of this store." As a result, I don't want to buy anything in this store anymore. The owner of this store is going to lose a lot of customers.

If I could leave 0 stars I would, this wine stores atmosphere is dead and unwelcoming. I and my colleague were looking around for a certain wine for 10 minutes and she even asked if they had the wine we were looking for, and the workers did not respond at all. I would recommend you shop at other wine stores. 0/5

Please don’t listen to these angry reviews or things like not having selection. Pros: - solid selection from low to high end - clean and organized - friendly staff (and dog treats) - lots of refrigerated wines (more than what you see / look behind the front row) - open late - most decent wine shops close early - they will deliver Cons: - the staff often hasn’t tasted the vast majority of wines so cannot give great feedback. If you’re picky you should use an app anyway (Vivino) - they’re overpriced between 20-35% but I’ve found that in Manhattan. If you want higher end wines priced well, go to SommCellar around the corner. But that’ll start in the $40 range - they don’t have paper bags with handles
