Great great greta liquor store had to come back and write a review after i sobered up, Hospitality was extremely good and customer service was through the roof 1000% will come again also gave free jack daniel’s shot glasses the best liquor store ever thank you Jose and Lita

Extremely rude. I spent all of 5 minutes picking out a wine to buy, but apparently that was too long. At first the guy politely said "do you need anything" and I said no, still deciding. A few minutes later he asks "what are you looking for" and I say I'm looking at the sparkling wine. This whole time I'm the only customer in the store, mind you, and I'm minding my own business. I text my girlfriend asking her opinion on which wine to get. Finally he says "I thought you were looking at the sparkling wines, what are you doing now?" and I said I am still deciding and he just looked angry. Not coming back.

Their hours are good but they’re more expensive than other spots nearby and service is rude. Unless this place is a last resort go somewhere else.

**Recipe for a Tiramisu Martini by Mr. Crafty** 🎉 All you need is a BuzzBallz Espresso Martini and a half shot of Baileys. Shake vigorously four times in a Boston shaker (or any shaker with ice). Finish with a sprinkle of cinnamon. Voilà! I recently visited an amazing store that gifted me this delightful cocktails dish from Don Julio love this store will always come back... I feel compelled to write a review for this place because of the recent experiences I've had here. I've lived in the East Village for 6 years now. Whenever I've thrown a dinner or social gathering at my apartment, or even if I'm picking up something to take to a friend's place, this is usually where I'd go to 9 out of 10 times because it's only a few blocks away. Over the past year I've had some uncomfortable situations with the people who work (own?) the store. First off, the men behind the counter are always unfriendly and seem irritated, regardless of what time of day it is. But this last experience takes the cake: It was my birthday and I was having a few friends over to toast with me. It was winter and raining. I was in a very happy mood but keeping to myself. I entered the store, and after choosing what I wanted, I joined the line. Mind you, this being my birthday event, I picked up several bottles of top-shelf stuff and I was thinking to myself how convenient it was to have this store nearby. Once I approached the counter, the guy muttered about seeing my ID, which I already had prepared (mind you, it's THE SAME GUY THAT'S BEEN THERE EVERY TIME FOR THE PAST FOUR YEARS). When he rang up my total he didn't even tell me because he wasn't even packing them away properly. He just didn't say anything and I had to look at the total on the tiny screen to then assume he was done and place my card. His demeanor was also very unfriendly. The machine then asked that I sign but because it's some cheap basic card-reader it asked for me to sign with this electronic-pen that was taking forever to pick up my signature when I pressed on it, so I kept trying to press on it. As I did that this man had the audacity to yell at me and literally shouted, "HURRY UP! WHAT ARE YOU TAKING SO LONG FOR? THERE'S A HUGE LINE BEHIND YOU!" At that instant, I turned around to see literally two people behind me, one of whom was clearly still trying to decide what they wanted. I was a bit taken aback, especially because I didn't want the experience to take any longer than it needed to be. But what really got me was the fact that he had acted so rudely and offensively without even 1) thinking about whether the old card-reading machine was giving problems. 2) attempting to be more understanding in light of the fact that I had just given him a good amount of business 3) trying to treat someone who had been going there for 6 years with a little bit more respect and gratitude for their loyalty The sad part is that this all took place over the course of less than 30 seconds, maybe even 20. I really believe he was just in an irritable mood. The two other people in line didn't constitute some massive crowd needing immediate attention. Needless to say, he ruined my mood because WHO ON EARTH SHOUTS AT THEIR CUSTOMERS FOR TAKING "TOO LONG" to USE THEIR BROKEN CARD-READER? Never again. Avoid this place at all costs.
