This place is located right next to BJs, and you don't need a membership in order to shop here. Walking in, I noticed that this store is pretty small, but it has a decent selection in its inventory. The young man who waited on me, who I didn't get his name by the way, was very friendly and helpful. He seemed very knowledgeable about all the wines, and he gave me some great suggestions on what to buy. The prices here are very reasonable here as well. The only thing is that they don't provide shopping bags, only gift bags. Depending on how much you purchase, they give you an empty box to carry your items. Overall, it is definitely a great place to stop in after shopping to pick up a nice bottle of wine, or two, or three.

So, a month or more later, even after I spoke to the supervisors at this location about my experience with one of their employees, after my friend wrote a review of what he witnessed that evening in that exchange between the employee and I, the owner or manager never returned my call to him about the issue that transpired. The supervisor’s answer to everything I told them was basically “This is how I train my employees.” My reply was “You train your employees to be disrespectful?” Because that’s exactly the behavior of that specific employee. When I described the employee, they knew exactly who I was talking about and the supervisor was more concerned about the owner/manager contacting them late in the evening about the one star rating my friend gave them. Furthermore, they never even apologized when I went back to speak to the supervisors. They defended themselves and the employee’s actions. The fact that I also never got a reply after calling and leaving a voicemail with their superior, shows me that this establishment is just there for business and not the community around them. It’s highly unprofessional and there is too much of a dense and gargantuan amount of liquor stores in the area for residents to deter to. Their specific merchandise isn’t a necessity in this area and if their behavior doesn’t change, their services won’t be pertinent here at all.

I DO NOT shop anywhere else for my events, holidays, or parties. Victor, Candy, and Christian are always extremely welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. I’m always recommended the best product regardless of the price. This is a place you can trust for the best possible outcomes.

I’m so happy I discovered this place! They have a great selection of wine & the best prices in the area by a long shot. And on top of that, they send personal thank you notes when I get my bottles delivered. 5+/5 stars!
