Absolute shit show. If you want your orders canceled and have same items offered you immediately at a much higher mark up, this is your place. Bought a bottle of whiskey, only to have an "owner" call me to tell me they don't want to sell at the price they sold it. Absolute garbage - avoid!

As bad as it can get. The owner and one of the two staff members are beyond rude. If you’re used to dignity, do not visit.

I've ordered online twice and have had to call in twice for a status update. Once they said one of the items I requested was past the best buy date and the other time they said they were dealing with deliveries. Those are valid reasons, but why did it take my calling to hear about it? It's the store's responsibility to let the customer know if there is an issue.

I am in a neighborhood with many wine and liquor stores and I had bought from them all but have been a regular at Crown for the last few years. My criteria are simple: I want to well balanced selection, mostly of wines; I want decent prices; and I want help when I need it. And I especially like being recognized as a regular customer. I wish all the local stores I patronize met these criteria, but at least I have Crown.

My favorite liquor store by far. An exhaustive selection of spirits and wine. Great and friendly staff. Never left here dissatisfied with service or the products!
