    My experience shopping was fine—except for the over-inflated prices on the merchandise and the lack of stock on what I wanted.However, checkout staff member was fabulous. My experience at the pharmacy was terrible— rude staff member, Rx not ready in spite of receiving notification of completed order by phone, attempted huge overcharge due to lack of care or lack of knowledge by staff member. Thank goodness the knowledgeable pharmacist was there to intervene. NOT THE CVS I USED TO KNOW AND LOVE. NOW I ONLY SHOP AT CVS WHEN I HAVE TO PICK UP A PRESCRIPTION.

    Literally only CVS in the world where they won’t give you an emergency fill of one pill. I use CVS if I need an emergency fill it’s obvious I’m not at my home location. Pharmacist continued to deny me the service even after I told them I have done this at other CVSs in the past without issue. Denied like I was asking for opiates or something. Amlodipine isn’t going to endanger anyone’s life or be sold on the black market. Thanks for helping my blood pressure to stay high CVS you guys are amazing!

    If I could give this CVS negative starts, I would. Their pharmacy has the worst service of anywhere I’ve ever been in my life. They are understaffed and incompetent. I went in 3 times for my asthma inhaler and they said they needed to order it to get it in (the first two times they didn’t offer to order it but they told me to call other CVS locations to see if they had it). When I came the next day to pick it up, I was told that now they needed to call the doctor for some type of authorization — how didn’t they know this the first 3 times I came in? I received no communication regarding the script for another week until showed up and had to be sassy to get an inhaler. I shouldn’t have to become a jerk to get the correct service. I have been without an inhaler for two weeks in a humidity heat wave. It boils down to the pharmacy not having enough people to support the pharmacist and the tech. I have been here multiple times that people got the wrong prescriptions or had an issue similar to mine. The staff is nice and friendly but, kinda useless without the support they need to run such a busy pharmacy.

    Management: You're cheaping out and understaffing. It's clear as day your team is high strung and under too much pressure: they're curt and run around like headless chickens. Also, maybe if you didn't lock everything up they wouldn't be stretched so thin, having to stop what they're doing to unlock stuff every 2 minutes

    This pharmacy is overall good , it’s just the pharmacist are real nasty sometimes, I called to ask what medication was ready for pick since I got a message, I just wanted to know what medication was sent and when I called a guy picked up , hung up on me as I was speaking so I called again and I was explaining that I’m not sure which medication was sent over and he interrupted me , was was really cold and bland, I work in a cardiology department and I work with tons of patients, and I feel like if you cannot work with people then maybe find a new job? You Give the customers their first impression of the site, you are the ones that give them their experience, customers are scared enough to call up then to have the employees be nasty is just the icing on the cake to switch pharmacies. Another reason why employees like this motivate me to always treat my patients with respect and uplift them , and make them feel different than how they came in. Enough said.
