The Pharmacy is good, but when you request a product pressing the button no employee came, I have to press the button 3 times! I ask a guy that works there to help me and he ignores my question and told me that he is busy and that I have to wait. I thought he will come again and never came back. Poor customer service.

The pharmacy states it is 24/7, I came today to pick up my medication at 3am before traveling abroad. The pharmacy was closed. Gates were down. I waited 30minutes to see if they would open and still after 35minutes no one came. I had to leave because I didn’t want to miss my flight. Very disappointed.

The pharmacy line is ridiculously long. They are severely understaffed. Today, they had two new hires attending the register, and the boy who looked like a young teen needed to ask the pharmaceutical tech for help for every encounter. I waited on the line for an hour to be told my medication was not ready and would need another hour. I need to get home to my newborn twins and refuse to wait another hour. Not to forget, i legit just had twins and have been on my feet on this line for way too long. I'm gonna need to consider another pharmacy. Zero stars if I could.

Terrible. Customer service here is awful.... went there at midnight(04‐04‐25)for a quick snack, got an ice cream but no register attendant... had to use the self check out....couldnt scan because the barcode was hidden.... called someone to help and that individual wasnt nice at all.... she found the barcode hidden in the ice cream bag and asked me what was the problem.and giggled at the same time......seriously. thats why these ppl dont get ahead in life.... if manager or owner(which I doubt) is reading this....you should fire this poor employee...

I went to The CVS pharmacy located at 89-11 Northern Blvd jackson height.The customer service there was very terrible. I am not local here i am tourist coming for the visit from another country , i had scanned the product couple times as it said if i buyed two i get another off or something like that but when it was time to pay the amount it showed was in full amount i was unaware about what to do so I thought i need to scan again as it showed something as scan again.its my first time here. But when i pressed the help bottom, a tall lady came and the way she speaked to me was very unprofessional she literally started talking with me in a rude manner and said things like why don’t people read it and so on. Very rude attitude i felt very bad and humiliated the way she spoke, I understand that i did it wrong but she could have told me in a soft gentle manner, I have myself work in a customer service and now work as a health professional, but such attitude is not acceptable i had come in an emergency state to buy the medication I didn’t say much i instead thanked her for helping me out, I personally felt very very bad, in addition as i was walking out the door to go ,i heard her speaking rudely with another customer there as well. 1 would give no star if there was such option. I hope other people don’t face as such especially someone who can be a visitor not knowing how to do or what to do or someone who has a language barrier. Thank you
