I strongly recommend reading the reviews. I would give them 0 stars forever. Never spending money here again. First & last time. We tipped and paid for delivery service, even though we live nearby, but one item was not delivered. The items were meant for an overseas event, and the guy who took my call was very rude. They could use some lessons in basic manners. Let’s not forget, it’s JUST a liquor store AMONG MANY. I've informed them that we needed the missing item today to send overseas and he said they will send it after the delivery guy arrives at 1 PM that day and just hangs up. Then calls me back hours later to ask for the address. If he didn't hang up earlier, it would've been productive for me to tell him during the 1st phone call. They never delivered or had common courtesy to call us to inform us. ZERO business etiquette. When I called the next day to inform them that we would pick up the item, the same impolite individual cut me off, saying, "the delivery guy is not here yet, what do you want me to say?!" I interrupted him to clarify that I WAS CALLING TO INFORM YOU THAT WE WILL SEND OUR OWN STAFF TO PICK UP THAT 1 ITEM THAT THEY DIDN'T EVEN TRY TO DELIVER AND IS DUE TO THEIR OWN MISTAKE. Our staff is an elderly lady and she experienced in-person rudeness. It's just a bunch of guys hanging out in the store and they decided it would be funny to slam the item and laugh at our staff. Clearly, the mistake was theirs, and they refused to take responsibility or be an accountable adult. This raises questions about the future of their business. Their behavior is childish. Def do not recommend.

Gracie's Wines is the best liquor store in NYC. My family and I have been customers for years and there is no better human than the manager who runs it, Sam. He creates the warmest environment and is beyond welcoming. He always goes above and beyond and orders specific things we ask for. If you are new to the neighborhood, definitely check this place out! How lucky we are to have a place that provides wine and the biggest smiles!

I really like this neighborhood wine-store. I am usually by in the early afternoon and the staff is attentive, courteous and the store is spotless, well organized and fully stocked, with some hidden gems on the top shelves. And the delivery bikes are in constant use so they must have a following. My only criticism is, once in awhile, if I'm in later in the day, the staff SOMETIMES may be buried in their phones. They are younger while the older morning staff seem to have more service-industry experience under their belt.
