Although there isn't a wheelchair accessible entrance there is a call button. There are three stairs down to get I to this establishment. The selection is pretty good for spirits, a mix of domestic and imported makers. The staff is quiet but friendly. Did not ask if I wanted help, left me alone. I think if you know exactly what you want this would be a good place for you but doesn't seem to be anything special. They do deliver locally which is convenient if you live in the area.

Moments Ago, The Lady Behind The Counter Was Rude & Gave Me An Attitude. I Was Asking About Buying A Bottle & If She Knew If I Could Bring It On A Plane. She Gave Me A Dirty Look & Asked Why I Was Asking Her. If She Didn’t Know, She Could Have Been Polite About It. Thats Not Customer Service.

Lousy experience. I went 10 minutes before closing and left in less than 5 minutes. While choosing a wine they turned off the lights and closed the door. On the way out, they closed the iron gate and didn't open it for me, I had to force the gate myself. I looked at the clock and it wasn't closing time yet. Do you want to close? Close forever. observation: an employee was attentive but did not prevent me from having a bad experience.

I had an agreement to purchase the Macallan 30 Fine Oak at a slightly reduced price. Drove from Queens. When I got there they told me they are not giving any reductions. Wasted hours for no reason. Can't trust people like this!

Ordered x7 bottles of rum to be shipped to me. After the first order was cancelled for no reason, the replacement order was finally shipped. It was immediately damaged during shipping and the entire shipment had to be discarded (UPS's own words). I've now been fighting with them for 2 months to get the refund I am entitled to to no avail. I've now had to start a credit card dispute over it, as I feel like they're holding my money hostage. . . EDIT: After opening a dispute with my credit card company, all of the sudden my card they have on file is used for almost $6,000 of fraudulent purchases in Brooklyn NY. Coincidence? Maybe.... But BE SUPER CAREFUL WITH GIVING THIS BUSINESS YOUR MONEY / CREDIT CARD INFORMATION
