Bought two bottles of Barefoot wines, Chardonnay and Merlot. As I opened both bottles I noticed greenish blue mold on the corks. Also when I poured it into a glass they both smelled like wet cardboard. I'm so disappointed to have wasted my money. Both bottles came out to $21.00. I will NEVER buy from here again!!!

I was refused service my fourth or fifth time at this store. It was startling, annoying, and disrespectful. I'm 24 and there's nothing unusual about my ID. In fact, I just upgraded to the newest, most secure, easiest to validate version. Get a scanner if your eyes don't work? There's a wine shop two or three blocks down called West End Wine & Spirits. It has a better selection and much friendlier staff. You can even make purchases there if you're of legal age. Imagine that. :^)

Bought a bottle of Sancerre on recommendation of staff person. Discovered they were selling it for 10.00 More than online price. Went to the store to complain. Staff person different from the one from day before was sorry to hear that but told me the store manager would be too busy to return a call to me. Both times store was empty.
