These guys are great. I've ordered many bottles of bourbon from them the past few years and they've always delivered and taken care of me. They have been very customer response. Go Pikes!

First time customer and I live in PA. I ordered a case of wine and the entire process was "smooth as silK. Good communication, shipping was prompt and packaging was very secure. I plan to order from Pikes again soon.

Every time I call about an order that was returned they tell me to call back an hour later, but I don't have time to be sitting by my phone calling all day trying to find out where my refund is on an order that was returned. I've sent several emails as well, maybe I'll get a response finally. If I do get my money back I'll remove this review, otherwise BUYING ONLINE IS A SCAME!!!!!!! THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY AND REFUSE TO RESPOND IN KIND!!!!!!!!

I walked in to this store and received No hello, No can I help you. The African american young lady just looked and keep talking to a man sitting in a chair. When checking out my purchase the lady rang up my item never told me how much it came up to. I handed her my payment she gave back the card She Never Said A Word wasn't even we where done. Then she throw the receipt in the bag... I will Never go back and spend my money in this store again.

completely unresponsive, no response to emails - after 5 days they cancel the order. If you actually want to get what you ordered go to a different shop.
