Came here 12/23/24 for some items for Christmas including a Black Opal Widow Jane which they had in stock and at a good price. I called to check and I got Bertha on the phone. She was helpful. I drove out to queens and she was there and got my item and I also had her get me a case of Lolea sangria. They even had a helper get it into my car trunk for me so that was nice. Bright clean store with lots of stock and reasonable prices. I hear they will be opening a location in the city which would be a bonus. Don’t be put off by reviews, those are mostly from the corporate shipping issues. This store is great and Bertha personally rocks!

Great liquor store and good prices. Very clean and well organized Very much stocked for a small little store compared to many other places and always busy with costumers. I have been shopping at this location for many years, each year even under the previous owners and now the new ones. Check them out for your drinks.

They sold me a bottle with no protective seal. The seal was transparent, hardly noticable to the naked eye. I got home and noticed it had no seal when I went to open it. I went back to exchange it for one with a seal and the worker behind the register let me. Then a huge angry Russian guy came yelling from the back that I'm not allowed to exchange HIS faulty product. This is America. Not Siberia. But yes, go there if you want to feel strangely wowed by their great products and possible Russian mob ties.

This item was received in a damaged condition, as evidenced by the attached images, indicating that the damage did not occur during shipping as the shipping box is intact. Remedy Liquor's NY knowingly and internationally sent out goods that were already damaged since damaged items will not sell in store. The damage to the boxes was not a result of the shipping process. The Macallan box was compromised by Remedy Liquor's and its staff, and it was sold to an unaware customer under misleading circumstances. Remedy Liquor's customer service number, (818) 495-9998, is currently non-functional, leaving customers without assistance. The ongoing email exchanges suggest Remedy Liquor's NY location is intentionally selling defective products. Remedy Liquor's is refusing to take any responsibility for shipping damaged goods.

I ordered a bottle of brandy not too long ago and it came in perfect condition. When I first ordered the bottle the website accidentally charged me too much for protection (it charged me twice for it) but I emailed the store and they quickly fixed it.
