I order through DoorDash two bottles of vodka. The delivery person from United Wine and Liquor Market couldn’t take a picture from my driver’s license and therefore took away my order. I called United Wine and Liquor and whoever answered was absolutely unhelpful and although he acknowledged sending the Liquor and gotten it back he couldn’t do anything to reimburse my American Express card. Please do not ever buy anything from United Wine and Liquor. They aren’t customer oriented and frankly they are just unhelpful and untrustworthy.

Very good customer service, the owner is a great persone, always very helpfull very good seleccion of wine and liquors this is the se ond time i buy all my wine for chistmas and im happy to come here all the time.

It's a very nice and clean establishment. I bought 2 bottles of scotch and spend almost $200 on it.. I'm sad to say that the employe that was working is very rude and bad mannered. I was asking for some assistance and he was so unhelpful and got offended when I asked for the manager or owner, He even said I'm the manager and the owner.. I would just like to let them know how this particular employee was not helpful at all.. He even said he does not need my business when I asked about who owns the place... I know he is not the owner of that establishment. No one in there right mind would talk to a customer that way.. I bought my Liquor May 12 at 5:30 Pm..
