Limited selection, prices are $5-10 more than other stores for the same bottles, owner wasn’t rude to me but not friendly either, doesn’t take Amex, charges you for a bag and gives you a recycled crumple one, this I found funny more than anything. Conveniently located across an awesome supermarket which is the only reason I went in but wouldn’t come back.

Im not sure why anyone would give this woman any more than 1 star, perhaps they shop in an alternate universe? Singularly one of the rudest people I have met on the other side of the counter. I frequent this store regularly and she is also extremely racist. Not explicitly, but whenever a person of color enters, she follows them around the store. I shop there out of convenience since I dont have a car. I miss the previous storeowner, we were on first name terms. And yes, if you dont have cold hard cash - you WILL get that glare, and never ever try to tap your card or use a smartphone to pay.

The shop keeper is very rude. I was looking through the chilled wines and she was visibly annoyed and rather than offer to help she told me to close the refrigerator in a very nasty way. As a frequent customer I have never been greeeted or received warmly. I will not be returning. While the selction is decent I’d rather spend my time and money somewhere where customers are appreciated and customer service is provided. It’s a shame because the location is very convenient for me however I’d rather go out of my way for a more pleasant or at least halfway decent experience. I’d advise others to do the same.

I been going to this liquor store for almost two years now the Asian lady who works there is very rude and isn't willing to answer any questions regarding product that she may sell and I normally go there because it's convenient the supermarket is across the street and Dunkin donuts is on the corner so it saves me a drive down wood haven blvd or further up Austin Street to Forrest hills liquors where customer service is amazing and the staff is super friendly at the other liquor stores So here's what happened My wife and I recently gave birth to our 1st child last week Friday so her mom & dad came down from Massachusetts to help us with the baby and stay for a week I went into 3 sun liquor to purchase two bottles of wine for her parents and 3 nips of rum chatta she was very rude and didn't help me with my wine purchase so I video called my in-laws via Whatsapp to show them the wine selection After I paid she walks away from the counter so I say excuse me may I please have a bag she then sucks her teeth and says "you come to a store to shop with no bag! You're supposed to carry a recycling bag" So I responded very nicely im sorry but I didn't carry a bag so im going to need one . I told her I will pay for a bag she then replies only this time next time bring you're bag with you After that experience there won't be a next time because she won't get my business ever again

I tried to buy a bottle of Marsala for cooking. It came up as $9.79. When I handed over my credit card I was told there is a $15 minimum for credit cards. I asked where the sign was which stated that, the woman told that they don’t have one. I think she was making it up. For what reason I don’t know, she lost a sale and the business lost a customer. For much better service, better selection and reasonable prices go to the The Wine Room of Forest Hills on 69 Ave between Groton and Harrow.
