I have used this store for years and they have always been fantastic. There is one man who works there who has ruined this experience for me. He got angry that my delivery tip wasn’t as high as he would like so he decided not to deliver my wine. I called to make sure I wasn’t charged for wine that was never delivered and he kept hanging up the phone. He was so rude and refused to confirm that my order was canceled. My card has still be charged and I can’t get in touch with them to fix it because he keeps hanging up the phone. The owners of this store are lovely and I have been a loyal customer for years and it’s a shame this one man behaves this way. I will no longer be using this store.

Excellent selection of European wines at a reasonable price and very polite and friendly staff. Always great buying experience Update as of 12/24/17. This week noticed a proud notification that the shop will be opened till 9pm on Christmas Eve. Arrived at 8.40pm to evidence a group if employees locking the doors. What is the cost of your reputation if you do not stick to your own promise?

Great local store with pretty good selection for the footprint. City prices, but more reasonable, on average, than others nearby. Owners are super nice and welcoming and frequent tastings make it worth a pop-in.
