    Great location. Horrible accessibility. Mediocre shopping experience. I am an avid BJ's shopper and have shopped at several locations and in several states. This BJ's is the only BJ's I've ever been to where you have to hunt down a shopping cart. I've never had to look for a shopping cart when at a BJ's but this is the only one where you have to scout around and ask people if they're done with the cart as they're putting their stuff in the car so that you can have a cart to go downstairs with. Then when you get to the building. Most times only one or two of the elevators are working out of four that's supposed to be there. So now you have to stand in line and try to get in with the cart that you finally have. Sometimes missing two or three rides up and down before you can find space on the elevator. Once on the line to check out there's always somebody in front or and back who quote" forgot their card" and are asking you to scan for them. As a members only store they have to do better.

    I placed on order for pick up on 12/7/24. I received confirmation that my order was ready so I waited in my car for over 30 minutes. No one came with my groceries so I left. I then receive a phone call from an employee asking where I was because he was outside with my groceries. I told him I had to leave so I was no longer there. He said ok. I then received an email thanking me for picking up my groceries. I have since been charged for an order I NEVER PICKED UP!! This is insane that I am being charged for an order I did not pick up!!!!!!! UNACCEPTABLE!! I’ve called the store several times and no one EVER answers the phone!!

    If I could give this store a zero I would. This store does not care about it's customers. I am disabled and had to crawl up 2.flights of escalators. Only 2 elevators working, no escalator working. It's the holiday season and a lot of people shopping. Is it because of the neighborhood it's in? I will never use this store again. This place is a dump! I feel sorry for the people who have to use it. OUTRAGEOUS!

    This place has no respect for their customers. I went to this BJ on Friday and this cashier yelled at because I asked about eggs and she tried to make me pay $11 of cash for something I don't know of then got mad because I asked what do I have to pay $11 for then my daughter told her to calm down and she was drinking on the job. Fire her nowwwwww!!!!!!

    This location normally has the items that I am looking for. I like it because it’s close to me and offers pick up for online orders. The only drawback is that they take a long time to bring out items after checking in for pick up.
