For store that is ALWAYS packed and makes so much money. The women's bathroom is absolutely disgusting. Each stall was worse than the other.. Garbage overflowing, the toilet paper is not in a CLOSED RACK. It's loose sitting on top for all the germs to go on it or fall on the floor ... Toilet bowls were filthy.. The first few times I saw this. I figured maybe I was before. It was being cleaned but no matter what time I come it looks like this...GROSS With all the money, you make higher someone to clean it several times throughout the day and put the DARN toilet paper inside a closed locked box so it's not exposed to the air. The infections that everybody gets from this is massive.

I am going to compare to the Cos..o in Westbury, this place has pretty of parking, it doesn’t have as many selections as C, but they got same essentials. Price is about the same. The cashier lines are few but self service lines moves fast. I am in and out of the store in less than 1 hour, at C expect to be there over an hour. There are less people shopping at BJs and that is a plus, I have been pushed, ran over with carts at C.

Called five times over the last three days and nobody will pick up the phone… Tried to get the deli counter on the line for a catering order for a baseball team and it just kept ringing and ringing and ringing. I've also tried customer service two different times and the same thing happens there. Answer your damn phones

Charisse is a gem, one of the nicest workers I’ve met while grocery shopping. People with good attitudes with hard jobs should be rewarded! I hope y’all take care of her she’s the best! Super helpful! Helped me find all my goodies super fast and happy to help.

This location is horrible I used the express checkout on my phone and didn’t realize that you can’t go over 30 items so for the extra 9 items I paid at the self checkout. I gave both receipts to the person checking out at the door and the attitude I received was unbelievable and uncalled for the gentleman if that’s what you call him told me with attitude that I needed to separate the two orders when everything I purchased at self checkout was on top of everything. Then the female that was helping him proceeded to scan every single item in my cart before I left. Never will come to this location again.
