(This review only pertains to the new management that reopened the store a year ago, I can't speak to the customer service before the store was renovated and reopened). The staff with the exception of one woman is very weird here. They profile their customers and try find 'subtle' ways to follow you around but it's not subtle at all. I've heard reviews from the community and I recently experienced it myself. Don't open a liquor store in this area if you're going to profile only a certain demographic. Keep the same treatment for everyone. Do better.

The birthday girl wanted a bottle and we Tried to rush over for a before they closed. They close at 9 on Saturday and we got there at 8:45 we already knew what we wanted, so it would have been a 2 minute card transaction. The employees locked the door and turned off the lights before we even got there and told us they were closed by shaking their hands at us. Please rectify this! I Don’t recommend rushing here to spend ur money, they don’t care.

The employees here are horrible bad costumer service only useful if you live close by and need something quick otherwise they suck

The white lady (sorry I forgot her name), with the blonde hair, is super nice. I'm so excited, about the bigger space that they have now, right next door. This will be the only liquor store, I shop at now, because they will have a bigger selection of spirits, with better prices. And they're not to far, from where I live. Update (11/17/23).I don't know what happened to that nice older lady that used to be there, because she was the nicest one there. The black guy that they have there, is rude & unfriendly. Most of the staff look like they have better things to do, than to help the customers.. There is a younger Caucasian girl there, thats nice & friendly (she's there sometimes).. I hate to say this, but it be your own people sometimes. I took off a star, because of the rudeness from the black guy, it always seems like he has an attitude with the world. He shouldn't be working with the public.

Staff is very friendly....Price is very reasonable....This is my favourite L....Store...The black tall guy is very helpful
