Bought a "Cookies" pen for $19.99 on Friday 6/14/24. It wasn't already charged, so I put it on the charger and tried it. It didn't work, so I thought, I'd charge it overnight. It still had a lot of trouble the next day, although it seemed to be charged, almost zero smoke would come through it. I decided I'd return it, but was a bit worried since they gave no receipt. I returned with the pen on Wednesday 6/19/24 and they refused to exchange the non-working item for a working one. They said I "waited too long" and I should have come back the next day. It was only 5 days since I bought the faulty item. I didn't even want my money back, just an exchange. They are unfair to their customers, I reccomend staying away from this unscruplous store. They are overpriced and unfriendly as well. Too bad for you, the customer if anything goes wrong with a product from this store.

Really cool place that has a diverse range of products and very good prices on kratom. They offer most things for a cheaper price than other head shops in the area. Lady below shouldn't be upset that a super cheap pen didn't work, that's pretty standard everywhere for really cheap vape pens. If you spend more for one that has reviews it goes a long way. Just saying.

First of all hookah should be smoked the traditional way, not from a vape. This smoke shop has your basics plus more. Prices are decent. Selection on beverages, cigars, smoke supplies and snacks is more than enough. Employees are friendly.
