The absolute worst liquor store in the area. The owner is sleazy and they purposely don’t put any prices on their product so that they can charge you whatever they want. As we paid, we questioned the price and they rudely commented that there’s a sign for no returns or exchanges. The owner then tried to argue we should’ve looked at what they charged before putting our card down. Hope nobody goes here so they go out of business and learn to be better business owners

Extremely overpriced with no signage; did not tell us how much it cost when we paid; when we asked to return the product he yelled and said there’s a clear sign that says no returns or exchange. Very combative and rude In the future they should make it clear how much we are paying! Horrible customer service

Quite literally the worst customer service I’ve ever received in a store. I went to the fridge and as there were no prices on any of the wines, I asked the sales associate to check the prices. He said he couldn’t scan it I had to go find the wines in the store to figure out the prices myself. So I went back through the store, had to track down the wines, came back to the front, told him what I wanted and then I went to put the other bottles back. When I came back he acted as though he was annoyed he had to pause his movie and ring me up. He then scanned the items - when I questioned him on this (as he mentioned he couldn’t scan) he said it was policy not to scan if someone asked for a price because when it’s busy it’s too much. I was the only person in the store. It was a 3pm on a Wednesday, there were no other customers. When I pressed him on it again and mentioned how unhelpful it was he proceeded to put my wine back in the fridge and kick me out of the store. I was trying to purchase over $100 worth of wine but apparently my business wasn’t good enough for this man that claimed to be the manager. If there was an option for zero stars this man would receive it. If you’re looking for a wine shop that will help you with your selection, this is NOT it. I will never return.

BEWARE!!! My husband bought a Chianti Riserva for Easter dinner. The wine was spoiled and tasted like vinegar. Next day I went to return it or replace it but the rude men behind the counter wouldn’t do either. He didn’t even apologize or utter a word, he just pointed at the note by the register stating NO RETURNS. Looks like I wasn’t the first person to have this experience since they have a need to place such a note at which they can point when they sell you a bad wine. Terrible business practices and even worst customer service. We live a block away and needless to say we are not going back. By the way this store has changed its name to LIQOURS previously it was Manhattan Wine Exchange under different ownership and much better service.
