Very rude cashier. Their wine selection is already higher priced than other shops, and their cashier working on June 24th, '17 charged the wrong and higher price for the bottle of rose we bought. He may be sexiest, racist or just rude, but my girlfriend went out of her way to be friendly and the cashier would not smile or say thank you. Luckily there are several other wine shops in the area. We will not go back. We do not recommend this place. Poor service.

Great selection of wine and liquors! The store manager, Dylan, is very knowledgeable and helpful with picking out a choice. My favorite wine shop in Brooklyn! 🍷❤️

I've been going here since moving to the neighborhood 5 years ago. All of the cashiers have always been incredibly friendly and kind, not just polite. They can always assist when you have questions or need a good wine recommendation.

Very rude cashier. Never been my favorite wine store...pricier than others in the area, limited selection. I really felt the guy looked down on me because I was surprised by the price of what I was buying. I use to buy there just because it is convenient, but never again.

The prices are high, even for Williamsburg. The selection is limited, I imagine due to the small space but the reason why I didn't give it a higher rating is because of the service. These reviews aren't lying. The Customer Service can use some improvement. Immediately actually.
