Extremely Disappointing Experience!!! I strongly advise caution before purchasing from this business. Unfortunately, my experience was frustrating and deeply disappointing. After placing an order and being charged, the company decided not to ship, claiming my order was flagged as fraudulent. I reached out and offered multiple forms of verification to prove my identity and confirm the legitimacy of my order, including the option to use a different credit card. Despite my efforts, I was met with dismissive and disrespectful responses. On several occasions, my calls were abruptly disconnected without resolution. This has been the most challenging and unpleasant online shopping experience I’ve encountered. I sincerely hope the company re-evaluates its approach to customer service and fraud prevention, as no one should have to endure this level of frustration simply for trying to make a purchase.

I made a $110 order and it was never delivered. I have 24 hour security footage outside my house, so I know this for a fact. They claimed it was delivered, but couldn't even provide a definite date, let alone time. They refused to reimburse or redeliver and would immediately hang up the phone when I called. I don't believe I was ever treated so poorly - and fraudulently - by a business in my entire life, let alone by a business that I spent north of $1500 in purchases.

A wonderful place to find anything and everything you're looking for, wines, liquor etc., at the best prices. Fantastic selection of all types of reds, whites, bubbly - you name it, they have it! Ask for Yosef for the absolute best deal possible.
