Was still hungry. Looking for a quick bite to keep me going. Fast food wasnt working out, and i didnt really feel like dealing with anyone at a counter, and making unnecessary small talk or eye contact. So mom and pop style delis were out of the question. I needed a place i could be in and out quickly, and has food options on the healthier side. I had my eye open as i drove down the road. Spotted 7_11 and just knew they would have the standard fare most locations typically carried. I walked past the hot stuff (pizza & dogs included), stopped to ponder the cheeseburger sliders, and made my way to the open refrigerator section. They had a varied selection of sandwhiches. Several turkey varieties which I appreciated. I ended up choosing the turkey and cheese options. Threw in a small coffee house blend. The 7 11 worker said it was freshly brewed. I had to ask. For creamer, they carried an interesting option. A hershey chocholate flavor. Went with it. Photos found below. The taste? As expected. Was filling and fresh. Mostly tasted the bread. Mustard, ketchup, mayo make everything better.

I live locally and stopped in here one day for a slurpee. They did not have rounded caps for the slurpee size I got, so I had to use a flat cap. Also they didn't have slurpee straws (with the shovel tips) just soda straws. Also the place is dirty and there were shady people hanging around outside. I decided from now on I will go to the cleaner franchises from 7-11 that are nearby from now on.

The staff have the worst customer service skills. Everytime I go here, I leave extremely disappointed and confused as to why they operate the way they do; they seem disinterested and barely acknowledge my presence. When I asked about ongoing promotions advertised in the app, they either claimed ignorance or conveniently couldn't find any information about them. It felt like they were purposely avoiding giving me any discounts or promotions that were supposedly available. Furthermore, when I requested assistance finding a particular item, the response was indifferent at best. It took multiple attempts and a significant wait before someone begrudgingly helped me, only to give me the most ridiculous excuse as to why they're no longer selling pizza slices. Overall, my visit left a lot to be desired. The lack of helpfulness and the apparent avoidance of providing advertised promotions made it clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority at this store. I would strongly advise against expecting any level of decent service or fair treatment when visiting this 7-Eleven. Go to the one on Queens Boulevard instead.

The worse 7 eleven in queens ny. He keeps the same old food on the grill. The employees here never make fresh foods. Are always asking me questions about what am I doing. Asim his manager got robbed please avoid this location

The main reason for my dissatisfaction stems from the fact that their Slurpee machine was out of order. As someone who was really looking forward to enjoying a refreshing Slurpee, this was incredibly frustrating. Not only did it ruin my experience, but it also made me question the reliability of their equipment maintenance. I hope 7/11 takes steps to ensure such inconveniences are minimized in the future, as it reflects poorly on their reputation for providing convenient and enjoyable snacks and beverages.
