    Maybe its me, but I've always had issues getting a bag of chicken wings out of the heavy duty box in the freezer. (I thought I would be able to upload the 28 sec video but I only see an option for photos). They've missed out on that potential purchase many times because I couldn't get the bag out of the box. They really should make a bigger opening in the boxes or just take them out of the box altogether so customers won't have to struggle. I let my membership expire for about two years and just recently renewed. Prices went up on my usual items that I purchase and the milk is no longer the best ever. I was bit disappointed, On a positive note, it's still a great place to buy in bulk and they've been offering nice discounts on the membership fee.

    I’m an early shopper so the store is always clean and stocked. The employees at the deli department are so nice and friendly. The cashiers can lighten up a bit because it is definitely noticeable that they do not want to be there. The employees at the Dunkin’ Donuts are nice and very helpful.

    If I could give this BJ’s zero stars I would there customer service is appalling the front end service desk refuses to grant me a coupon book to get my discount on items I was purchasing. They refused to accommodate me as my time was limited for purchases. To the front end lead who told me the coupon books are only for new customers I have been shopping with BJ’s for more than 15 years and never been told this. Shame on you BJ’s of Gateway and to the manager of this location shame on you for allowing your employees to treat their customers in such a horrible and hostile manner.

    My family and I been customers of BJ’s more then 21 years , since my wife have the card on her name We never worried, today I spent $758 and there’s a reward $14 they don’t want me get access to it, because the card have my wife name on it, so they asked me for her ID , she is home with kids, she said she will send a picture of her ID , they made a big deal for that image you lost $758 for $14 . Never again last year we spent 10876.82 . Wow they acting like I was doing something wrong. This a shame and so disappointing.

    This score is absolutely for the bakery department. The young ladies were so helpful about helping me prepare for a cake! Little did I know I could not place an order in advance I had to wait 24 hours prior to the day I needed the Cake. And the cake decoration book is not online so I took a picture OF THE ENTIRE BOOK 😂so everyone will never have to go into the store to see the decoration book they can just look right here and then place your order online 24 hours before you need the cake 🎂!Mwah
