I came to pick up a bakery order 1/19 for 1 sheet cake and 2 dozen cupcakes. The order was placed 2 wks ago. When I arrived people walked back and forth without asking if I needed help. Finally one man yells at the next ask the lady what does she need?. The guy said what do you need? He told me to fill out the order form. I said I already ordered just picking up my order. I wrote my name and number he brought the cake out from the fridge. I asked where are the cupcakes they said I didn't order it. I told them I did and the guy who took my order 2 wks ago verified. They couldn't find it and went on with their business. I asked to speak to a manager. He slowly walks over after 10mins of paging, what do you want? He asks. I told him my cupcake order. He looks and says there is no order and I let him know what is was. He walks away while saying give me 5 mins. 15 mins later he comes back and says I will do it. He brings out poorly decorated cupcakes with dye sprayed onto the container and sticker placed anyway. I am very upset and will never order any specialty items from this location again. Management is extremely unprofessional.

Worst place to place a pick up! They will lie to your face then ask you to pick the items yourself. They also claim you picked up your order when you never did. The girl had an attitude until I started recording then she went silent as you can see. They try to give me groceries that have been sitting in a car for over 3 hours and the whole store is already closed. All I wanted to know was why they said I picked it up when clearly they still had it in their possession.

Worst customer service. No one answers the phone. I got bread and big breads look like Rodents were chewing into the bag. Grossed out. Never again

It’s unfortunate that I can only give 3 stars. Why? Express Pay was designed to expedite the shopping and checkout process to help the associates service the large consumer base more efficiently. You guys STOPPED allowing Express Pay to EXPRESS EXIT. What’s the point now? You guys caved to the register payers instead of COMMUNICATING with simple signage and a consistently working express scanner and device. I wonder if it has anything to do with the demographic. Please fix this. The complaints and dissatisfaction is are growing

My wife Placed an online order and Iattempted to do a curbside pickup. Unfortunately, I waited a while and ended up going inside to pick up the 100lb box (2 man lift written on box) after they confirmed my name. The person who got my order for me threw it in a regular shopping cart while I had a pull cart ready to move the 100lb box in. I get home and my wife realized right away that it was the wrong item. Tried calling the store around 7pm but no one picked up the phone.
