I want to make sure that Dona get's 5 stars for her personal, friendly and easy to work with attitude. Some of the other team members are helpful as well, but unfortunately some of the younger cashiers are so absent minded; they don't want to be there' and while this is NYC and this location is very transient; I am a regular; go there every day, and a small talk, would be nice. The sore very often does not have a lot of items, either because they place smaller orders or they run out of so quickly (example I can only drink diet caffeine free coke) and I doubt that there are that many people who are as limited on what sodas they can drink, yet it is very rare they have regularly in stock.

Terrible pharmacy techs. My dad’s medication which has been covered every month suddenly is 500 dollars, and the tech was trying to charge us. When we asked about the insurance coverage she just said I don’t know it’s not covered and gestured at us to leave. There was no one in line behind us. She could have resubmitted the claim or given us the insurance’s reason for denial so we had some direction. I doubt they even submitted the claim in the first place since they had no proof of the denial. But she didn’t want to do her job and now my dad is left without his lifesaving medication

Just wanted to give a special shout out to Barbie who helped me locate a certain candy my grand niece loves in record time! She was so professional, friendly and efficient as I was pressed for time. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves! Thank you Barbie!

TBF I needed assistance from Associates because I have to ring a bell and wait for someone to come open the cabinet as there is massive shoplifting going on all over..! I got what I wanted for the price that I wanted and then had so many digital coupons sent to me [i.e. 30% off 1 item, $5 off $20, etc, and, that they send every week or more available in the app that were valid for so many different products that I got huge discounts!

Great place for many conveniences needed when in the area. Sometimes one of the 2 entrances is closed but overall smooth experience there and beneficial to utilize their 10$ Extra care rewards program if anyways going to use a CVS store atleast once a month.
