They have a nice selection and a beautiful store, but their customer service needs some help. I walk in and was asked “how can I help you?”. I show the clerk a photo of a bottle I wanted. The clerk reads the label and looks up at me confused. “Ok, what am I supposed to do with that. How can I help you?”. You need to hire less condescending people with more street smarts. I’m showing you label, what do you think I’m asking for???? This is followed by NOT asking if I want my whisky selection in a box or not. 90% of the time they come in a box. Especially during the holiday season when it could be a gift. BUT the store likes to open their selection because the bottles look great on the floor. At least the clerk asked if I wanted a bag. I honestly had better service off Madison Ave vs this place. My recommendation, go where you are valued and wanted.

Their website is super user-friendly and resourceful AND they offer delivery!! 5/5 for QUALITY & SERVICE. The store's ambiance and layout make it a pleasure to explore and if you need some guidance, like myself, the staff is very friendly & knowledgeable. If you appreciate quality libations, this store is a real gem.

I have been a customer of K & D for at least a decade, and have found the people there to be very resourceful at helping me choose high quality products to match my budget and entertainment needs. On many occasions, they have helped me locate wines at lower prices than those I may have chosen on my own, and I have never been disappointed with their selections. I highly recommend them and I can easily understand how they have been named one of the "50 Best Wine Stores in America".

I have always found the team at K&D to be attentive, friendly and well-versed in their rather broad selection. Their pricing is competitive and the assortment (especially of pre-chilled bottles) spot on.

What an amazing experience - I was looking for something really special and K&D totally came through for me. If you are looking for quality wine and knowledgeable staff - this is the place to go. Oh - and if you need to send a gift, look no further, they will take care of everything!
