0/5 Stars if you need help browsing. 5/5 Stars if you want to just shop without conversing with staff. Wife and I came in looking for a particular white wine. However, the cashier was preoccupied with watching a Spanish speaking show despite the fact that we were in for 15-20 minutes. We quite literally walked the entire store without any conversation with the 1 staff member on duty. No help was had.

Wanted to buy a 1/2 case of wine they usually stock for a Christmas party. Husband went yesterday, they were out. Promised to call him to see if they will get it in before Christmas. Never did. Today, I called to check and a rude clerk was completely uninterested in helping me in any way. I tried asking when they usually get deliveries, tried asking when the manager comes in so that I could inquire, one answer “I don’t know,” with an attitude. A real shame, I used to like this place.

Very good selection of wines with a whole wall full of hard liquor. The staff is fairly knowledgeable about where certain wines are located and will look through the shelves with you if you can't find what you're looking for. Hours are pretty reasonable giving you opportunities to stock up before a big party or run out if you want a bottle of wine for a late evening nightcap. With a $10 credit card minimum you're only really out of luck if you're buying little shooter bottles of liquor or one can of beer (or a really really bad wine). Petzinger's has a few delicious wines that are reasonably priced and always in stock, with a fridge in the back to sell white wine and rose thats always chilled

This is an excellent local liquor store with good selection, excellent prices, nice staff, and free delivery. We have been shopping here for decades. When I saw the negative reviews on their site, I figured they must have been put up by the new, super expensive shops that opened up nearby. I’ll stuck with Petzinger’s.
