I recently visited this store with high hopes of stocking up on some quality spirits, but what I encountered was nothing short of a nightmare. First off, the store was an absolute mess. The shelves were disorganized and cluttered, making it nearly impossible to find what I was looking for. It felt like I was navigating through a chaotic yard sale rather than a reputable liquor store. The staff? Don’t get me started. I was greeted by a clerk who seemed utterly disinterested in helping customers. When I finally managed to get their attention, I received a curt response that left me feeling more like a nuisance than a valued customer. It was as if I was interrupting their day rather than enjoying a shopping experience. To make matters worse, a significant portion of the inventory was either expired or close to it. I picked up a bottle of whiskey that had a dusty label and a price tag that was clearly outdated. When I asked about it, the clerk shrugged and said, “We don’t really check those.” Really? And let’s talk about the prices. I understand that liquor stores sometimes have a markup, but this place takes it to a whole new level. I found cheaper prices at the local supermarket, and with better service to boot! Finally, the checkout experience was equally dreadful. The register was slow, and I had to wait in line while the clerk engaged in a lengthy conversation with a friend who had popped in. It felt incredibly unprofessional, and by the time I finally exited the store, I was left with a bad taste in my mouth—figuratively and literally. In short, I would highly recommend avoiding [Liquor Store Name] at all costs. There are plenty of other liquor stores in the area that offer better service, cleaner environments, and fair prices. I certainly won’t be returning!

I had an amazing experience at Sunrise wine and Liquore One! The store was clean, well-organized, and had a great selection of products. The cashiers were incredibly friendly and efficient, making the checkout process smooth and enjoyable. They were knowledgeable about the products and even gave me some great recommendations. It’s clear the staff take pride in their work and care about their customers. I’ll definitely be coming back—highly recommend this place for great service and selection

I picked this store because they carry a bottle of wine I only came across in Florida, but since I'm now in NY, I checked online. I ordered a wine package 1 week ago but never received it. What I did receive was a call from UPS saying the store had to come pick it up because it wasn't packaged right. That was 3 days ago. Since then, I sent an email and called several times and they keep hanging up on me!! So unprofessional!!! Edit: I did receive communication from this store via email. They did end up sending all 4 of my requested bottles of wine and I'm extremely happy so I'm changing my rating from 1 to 4 stars.

These Guys are Awesome there prices are not so bad they know there selections and are very polite I went here after a bad day and they cheered me up with out knowing it!!
