DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS PLACE. So I selected 1 star and didn’t want to select any. In order to write an honest and accurate review I selected 1 star. I live in this neighborhood and visited this store this afternoon for the first time. I bought a bottle of moscato Bartenura along with two bottles of Bacardi. When I walked home about ten minutes or less away from the store, I attempted to open the bottle of moscato. As I was unscrewing the cork, the glass mouth of the bottle broke. I called the store right away to let the man who had rung up my order know (who I thought was the owner) what had happened. He told me that he’s not the owner and that I would have to call when the owner gets in. I called back and the owner didn’t offer any kind of customer service or refund when I could prove that I literally bought a bad bottle from their store. I didn’t drink any of the moscato and called right after leaving the store. He told me he makes $4.00 on the bottle and that by giving me a new bottle he’d lose $10.00 because he’d give me a new bottle. My first and last time buying alcohol at this cheap establishment that knows nothing about the basics of customer service. Don’t patronize this place. I have proof that I didn’t drink any of the alcohol in this bottle and that I called immediately after removing the cork and having to deal with this catastrophe. It’s about basic customer service. I will never go back. They are walking distance from my house. I’ll pay a delivery fee etc when I order somewhere else near by but not necessarily as close to my house as this place before I EVER go back!

The owner is super helpful. Really tries to help you pick out what you want (if you need help) and not just trying to sell you the most expensive thing. Well organized and well stocked. He even gift wrapped it free of charge!

This place is Great for several reasons - the owner and workers are very pleasant and accommodating . I have made wine recommendations to them and they definitely upped their game regarding savignon blancs. Their prices are lower or equivalent to other liquor stores I frequent .. In other words they do NOT rip off the customer .. I am very happy they are in the neighborhood and hope tbey remain for a long time .

Most unfriendly rude staff u will meet. They say not a word to you please or thankyou..take your business elsewhere..Rude Prices..think they are better than you..F Them...Especially The big fat guy
