Slope cellars has an amazing selection and super knowledgeable staff! I love being able to buy excellent, thoughtfully chosen spirits and an awesome wine. Highly recommended. I would even go just to learn on their tasting nights.

Hands down best wine shop- and you can trust me, I’m a certified type A HIGH functioning A-Holic. They have the most unique and wonderful oddballs and gorgeous wines. They also have a great selection of low cost wines that are fantastic. The staff is beyond nice. Go.

This is one of the best wine shops in South Slope. Great selection of Organic Wines, mezcal, beautiful Amaro. And the people that work here are super friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve been a customer for over 4 years and I’ve never gotten a bad bottle.

Started coming to Slope Cellers a few weeks ago on my way to picking up take out after the movies. Between the awesome selection, helpful but not pushy staff, and the awesome octopus in the window, this is my new favorite wine shop.

Right next to Union Market, stopping in with lunch or dinner planned, the staff will point you to the proper pairing. Highlights include top-shelf, small-production and artisanal wines from France, Italy, Spain, and Germany & Austria, along with the best selection of whiskeys (from Scotch to Bourbon) in the neighborhood. Their focus on local spirits is also a fun addition to the store and includes some truly delicious Brooklyn products. Growing selection of Sake is also carefully selected and a welcomed addition to a neighborhood fixture.
